About the One-on-One Learning Group

The One-on-One Learning Group was foundered and developed by Chris Le Roy to deliver high quality, experience driven training in three core areas -

                                 1. Computer Training
                                 2. Business Training 
                                 3. First Aid Training

           In 2002, Chris Le Roy a Senior Independent IT Contractor consulting for prestigious clients such Suncorp Metway, BMA Coal, Allen Allen and Hemsley, Department of Justice and many more,  identified that there was a lack of quality training in regional Australia for both Business and Computer Training.

          With his experience from the Corporate Sector he set about developing a regional training company in Townsville.  The core focus is in developing training programs that would provide skills that could be used immediately within the workforce to assist in improving productivity and efficiency within the workplace.  The training is also designed to provide a head start for those trying to re-enter the workplace.

         One-on-One Professional Business Training is a fully accredited Registered Training Organisation that provides Nationally Recognised courses in both the new HLTFA301B Apply First Aid  and HLTFA402B Apply Advanced First Aid Competency which replace the old Senior First Aid Certificate.

         The One-on-One Learning Group has three full time trainers on staff and they include:

                   - Chris Le Roy who trains all Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, MYOB, QUICKBOOKS
                                           and all Business Training Courses 

                   - John Le Roy (Training Manager) trains Microsoft Office and First Aid Courses

                   - Diana Le Roy trains Microsoft Office and First Aid Courses

        All instructors hold the Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment as well as additional competencies in Business, First Aid and Information Technology.  Diana and John Le Roy also have undergone rigorous training with Queensland Ambulance to be able to deliver the First Aid competencies.
