Often those people will say to the team, "Oh, I don't need Microsoft Word because I have been using it for years".  Whilst we respect that persons opinion often we find that when they begin say the Microsoft Advanced Word course they find that they don't know as much as they first thought.

We have two tools that you can use absolutely Free to see which level of course you should start out from.  Our team have developed pre-assessment exams that contain just 30 simple questions in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.  Once you have completed those quick pre-assessment exams it will tell you which level you need to start at.
