A Simple To Use and Operate Database

The My Customer Database was designed in response to a number of small business managers not being able to get a simple database that helped them to capture the information of their customers but also help them to work out some of their Key Performance Indicators.

The My Customer Database is written in Microsoft Access and you will need a full version of Microsoft Access to use this database. The database allows you to catch key information about your customers such as:

First Name Middle Name Last Name Date of Birth Company Name Telephone Number Fax Number Mobile Number Email Address Address Postal Address Class of Customer (A Class, B Class, C Class, D Class) How they heard about us (eg Newspaper, Yellow Pages etc) If a Person Referred the Customer to You, you can capture their name The Date the Customer First Contacted You Customer Sales Customer Notes

The database has no limit on the number of records you can store and also comes with a comprehensive search tool. The database is designed to capture key information to help you make decisions as to whether your advertising is working for you, it shows you where people are enquiring from, how many calls you are getting per month, what the income is you are achieving from the various advertising types, it also contains key information such as Average Dollar Sale, Average Number of Times a Person Will Buy, Your Conversion rate from converting a Prospect to a Customer and your profit.

The database is built in with what is known as a 5 Ways Calculator and will provide you with this information on a yearly basis. There is also a 5 Ways Manual Calculator. The 5 Ways Calculator is used by many Business Coaches such as Action International.

You can add as many different types of Advertising types that you wish plus you can add Staff Details to store notes of conversations between your customers and staff.

There are more than 20 different reports which includes Charts, Standard Reports and Labels to use for mail outs. This database is designed so that if you want to modify the database you can without having to pay any extra license fee's The database also comes with a 50+ page manual as well, which explains every aspect of using and setting up the database.
